By accessing or using Hireduce (the "Service"), including our website at hireduce.com and the Hireduce browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Hireduce is an AI-powered interview copilot that captures candidate answers during live interviews on Zoom and Google Meet, scores responses using artificial intelligence, and generates structured summaries and scorecards for recruiters and hiring teams.

You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.
• Use the Service to discriminate against candidates in any protected category.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by Hireduce and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the data you provide (interview transcripts, question sets, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not use your interview data for training AI models without your explicit consent.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing details are available on our website. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hireduce shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, hiring decisions, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. AI-generated scores and summaries are provided as decision-support tools and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
